Spotted them in NYC at a subway entrance. Gold background (similar to the same shade as the Premier Gold card), with an athlete in the middle. The United logo is on the bottom, with an USA Olympic sponsor logo next to it.

Did not have a chance to take a picture of it since I was in a cab.
