Yes they do call it shared services. Been to the office many times. Flight tracking monitor is right on the lobby wall @:-)
I remember when the shared services were flown with B727 equipment....
And I will always remember my first view of SCC from the jumpseat of a CV-580 turboprop on final after descending through the clouds...
It kinda looked like we were landing on another planet......
