7A and 7K are the best. Quiet and tucked away, and closest to the door when arriving at AKL or LAX.

Generally, the window seats are better than the center seats as they give you slightly more length in the bed configuration. Avoid the smaller aft business cabin as there's more traffic through the aisles.
