Couldn't put it better myself.
Every day at LGW we watch Easy Jet passengers being herded around like cattle, shouted at and ordered around. They stand in long lines to board their flights for 30 minutes or more.
Meanwhile ours are invited to sit and relax at the gate before boarding, boarded in an orderly process by seat row number and not forced to pay for their hand baggage.
Easy flights are not even that much cheaper than ours, sometimes more. So why on earth do people go for it. I don't get it.
(PS - I understand in the case of the OP as BA don't go to IBZ from MAN, but at LGW where there's a straight choice between EZY and BA and the fare is the same, so many choose EZY. Why?)
