I'd second that. If you're a "sleep in a sitting position" type person (back against the setback and feet on the floor), then PE is only a small improvement. I'm more of a "curl-up in the foetal position" type (being relatively short helps here) so the cocoon design and adjustable armrests of the Spaceseat are very welcome.

The other option which I don't think anyone mentioned was the Skycouch. If you want to spend extra purely for a better sleep, I think a lot of people on here would recommend looking into a Skycouch upgrade in economy.
