No - it relates to any ticket that had TG as a first leg AND was previously cancelled and reinstated. The 2nd and 3rd carriers are irrelevant.
P.s. Just had a look at your screenshot - it says nothing (and i'm not referring to the blackened out portions) - there is insufficient data on the TG site to tell you whether you will or will not run into problems.

This ticket was booked and confirmed through an OTA almost three months ago and was never cancelled. There has never been a problem with it. However, it does sound as though I need to get in touch with either the OTA or TG. (It may or may not be relevant but on the TG website, when I review my booking "confirmed" is shown against each of the three sectors of my itinerary.)
