No - it relates to any ticket that had TG as a first leg AND was previously cancelled and reinstated. The 2nd and 3rd carriers are irrelevant.

P.s. Just had a look at your screenshot - it says nothing (and i'm not referring to the blackened out portions) - there is insufficient data on the TG site to tell you whether you will or will not run into problems.
