I contacted Lufthansa directly, and apparently you only need a F boarding pass (regardless of its destination) from any Star carrier to gain access to LH Senator Lounge anywhere worldwide. No Star Gold Card required. You can also bring a guest who is also travelling on a Star flight out of the same airport.
