I just called Thai USA. As suspected, my ticket did not have the *ETKT* in Thai's ROYAL system. The agent said that I'll have to contact KE or OTA to have the ticket reissued. I said, neither KE or OTA have access to ROYAL, so how can they be fixed? She replied - "have the OTA reissue the ticket". My ticket was reissued, May 17, I assume manually. Any suggestions?
I called USA this afternoon.
Asked the agent to check if it had *ETKT* on it. He said no it didn't though didn't see a problem. He then transferred me to 'scheduling.'
Lady who answered there said she has had several calls about it today. She put me on hold, then came back to say the ticket number was visible in the OSI portion of the record and that was sufficient. I reiterated - will I have a problem checking in - and she said no.
Last night I called the Thailand office, and they said it was fine for check in as well after some typing.

KE stock ticket cancelled, but reinstated with same ticket number.
About a week ago I had Vayama contact Thai to make sure the ticket number was associated, as the reinstatement only had one of two passengers with ticket numbers visible to Thai at the time. Thai then confirmed both visible after this interaction
