Yes - although, even though I am 6'3", I haven't found it as much of an issue as I would have expected. The whole plane is of course more snug than an A319 or A320 so the seat pitch doesn't feel too out of place.

The E190 is a much better proposition - the exit row provides proper extra legroom on those.
