I just stayed at this hotel last week. I am Platinum and was automatically upgraded to a King Room View - with a view of Casco Bay on the 11th floor - also received a goodie bag with a scratch ticket, water, cookies, & cracker Jack. Also received a drink coupon for the lounge and a 50% off coupon for the lounge off my first drink. The rooms are pretty nice and everything was great. Any questions just IM me. I stayed one night last week as Platinum, and also had a view of the bay but with two double beds. Also had the same gift bag but with expired Sunchips, LOL. Would have preferred a king bed, but doubles were all they had when I booked the Pointbreaks night. Front desk person wasn't friendly, and I didn't make any requests.
