You will get points when using these, so filling out the missing stay form will do the trick. The reason you do not see the points automatically is that a lot hotels post the cheques to your account wrongly making the system think you are on an award-stay. If they would post them correctly, points will show up automatically (had this happen twice in a row now with it being hit and miss before).
