I currently hold the Amex PP card and my partner and his children are members of my HHA although we do not live together. We have a combined miles balance of approx. 180k of which 150k of these belong to me.

Partner has BMI Amex/Visa and a Diamond Club miles balance of approx. 150k awaiting to be transferred into Avios. However, this has not yet been actioned due to the above.

We are also considering applying for additional Amex PP card for partner to enable us to have holiday next year using both vouchers. Obviously he will have to apply using his own address and thus deleting him from my HHA or is it possible to have 2 BA Avios accounts??

As I said, ideally we would like to use 2 x 2-4-1 vouchers and it would be easier with all the miles in once place. I have considered changing my address to his and appreciate this may impact slightly on my credit record etc. However I have no plans in the immediate future of applying for anymore credit and my score is generally very good.

Lastly, when using 2 x 2-4-1 award vouchers on one booking are the card holders the lead names on each voucher? Reason I ask is that it might be the case that said children might not actually get to come along and they will therefore have to cancel.
