I had forgotten to get a copy of the itinerary because I was going to just look it up on my phone, but when I got to RGN i remembered no cell data service. So I had a bit of a hard time providing the itinerary until I was finally able to get ahold of a SilkAir agent to get me one.
This was the only hassle I had, in general people are nice.
They were confused for a bit, but they certainly were able to process the visa at a cost of a CRISP US $20 note.
If you have the proper docs, its a breeze.

Thanks so much for that report! I just arrived in BKK, and am a bit anxious about my transfer at RGN coming up later in the week. Sorry if I missed it in the thread, but does anybody have a link to the transit visa form on the gov't website? When I was looking at it, the site was a mess.
Does having a print out of my Vayama itinerary count as documenting the transit itinerary? Again, thanks so much for your input!
