1, 2, and 3 all are within the realm of the reasonable. Asking for a refund to your original form of payment is also an option, although if the trip is necessary one will want to check out current fare availability before exercising that.
Thanks. They are selling flights for the same price but only the afternoon flights. The morning flights (on DL at least) are pricing higher.
