I had forgotten to get a copy of the itinerary because I was going to just look it up on my phone, but when I got to RGN i remembered no cell data service. So I had a bit of a hard time providing the itinerary until I was finally able to get ahold of a SilkAir agent to get me one.
This was the only hassle I had, in general people are nice.
They were confused for a bit, but they certainly were able to process the visa at a cost of a CRISP US $20 note.
If you have the proper docs, its a breeze.
