I don't phone if I don't have to, it's 2012 not 1968, I have not used a travel agent in +10 years

and yes I know AC has limitations artificial and real, but hey UA can do it I guess AC should lobby the government. As far as Aeroplan they should have a better internet booking system.

In the end it's not me who losses it's AC
