I wonder if they pay multiple times if you leave the AC and then return? I've wondered the same with PriorityPass - people talk on here about going into multiple lounges, so I presume this costs PP a lot more.
I'd bet it does. I used PP for both the KE and OZ lounges at ICN last month, and signed a slip both times. I've also used the Amex Plat at multiple lounges at DFW (usually a shower in A and then the lounge of my departure terminal), and I would bet that charges twice.
