Also, still not clear on how an upgrade on an award ticket will work? I have read that using the Club Credit Card to pay the fees automatically triggers a request for an upgrade, but how does one know it has happened?
If I have to do this at the Gate, I can just see the GA rolling her eyes at my request to upgrade an award ticket!
