There is a separate card for Club access... give it another week or two..it'll be there. If you're traveling in the mean time just show your credit card to the check in agent at the Club..most likely you'll get in (and they should be able to look you up also in the computer). Won't work at any partner lounges though.
No need to show CC, just your BP with your FF# on it; it is linked to the membership. To verify, call the VISA 800# on the card, ask to transfer to the club desk and they will verify your memb status.
