Not yet, but I haven't booked with Air NZ either (Quantas are unfortunately a lot more expensive at the mo - I might just wait until they have a deal on).

Their service seems to have totally gone to the dogs. They used to be really good. (A colleague once booked Grab a Seat tickets the wrong way round, and they changed them for her with no charge - I always found them to be pragmatic like that, now it's all "computer says no")
