The Europier and Eurolounge will both be demolished once T2 opens in 2014. The rest of T1 is scheduled for demolition in different phases, but I don't believe timings have been set (although Pier 3 will be the first to go).
I don't believe airline moves have been decided yet (other than Star Alliance into T2 in 2014).
Whatever, if domestics move 4A will need work to separate arriving and leaving passengers.
Pier 4A is segregated and was refurbished within the last few years. Pier 4 is not segregated and hasn't been refurbished in some time.
