Hello all, I have two questions. I am planning a trip that will likely take me to Singapore and Bali(unless we scrap Singapore and just do Bali).

Which would be better for New Year's eve? We are both early 30s and into drinking and dancing for this type of occasion.

Also which is better for scuba diving? I assume it should be cheaper in Bali.

Currently I have ticketed 9 nights in Singapore, starting 12/31. The plan is 2 in Singapore, 6 in Bali, and the last one back in Singapore to ensure we make our flights.

Anybody have any thoughts on these 2 activities?
