@Unterwegs: Yes, that sounds like a good back-up plan. On the phone, the LH agent told me that since the seat is only opened because of my SEN status, I would need to make a decision right away whether to buy it. What does that mean? I thought I always have to pay fees+miles right away, no matter whether it's a normal award seat or one only available for SENs? Can I always rebook/cancel the ticket for 50EUR, even for such a especially opened ticket (I would say, yes)?
