Your statement from above is not true...LH has been offering this service now for more than a decade I think......as long as you arrive on LH F you are entitled to use the day room to relax and refresh before continuing on with you business
You dont need to have a connecting flight in LH F to use this service
Business class pax need to pay for this service, Arrival Lounge in turn is mostly used by Business class pax + Status pax...main reason why the arrival facilities have been created (in addition to reducing traffic in the departure lounges)
