Anyone read The Killer?
The Killer has to be one of the best action stories I've read in ages.
English writer Jack Elgos has crafted a fantastic character in The Butcher, who is strangely likeable, but not the kind of man you'd want to cross, ever.
It's a savage, funny and sad story which makes you shudder one moment and laugh the next.
Thoroughly enjoyable, it's a real page turner.
Not wanting to give anything away I'll just say, it looks like there will be a followup book, and I can't wait.
If you like Cohen Bros, Tarantino type movies you'll love The Killer.
