Hello M&M sub-forum.

I have a concern whether or not to convert to M&M. At the moment, I have AC Elite (*G). I have transferred to Switzerland for work and am planning to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Now, would it make sense to switch to M&M or stick with Aeroplan or even something else?

Aeroplan:
(+) 200k+ points currently
(-) Cannot meet the 10k/5 segment on AC metal starting next year

M&M:
(+) Based here with travels often to Austria and Germany
(-) SEN status probably not achievable (I fly around 70k/year, less than the 100k needed)
(-) FF won't do me any good because I cannot access *A lounges

If I stay with AC or switch, I'll lose *G so I need to pick my poison. I'd like to redeem for flights and have access to the lounge. Other benefits are not really my priority. A3 might be a good alternative *G status but I'm probably not going to collect enough points to redeem anything.
