Whenever I've run in to these issues I simply try paying anyway, filling out the address as accurate as I can. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Last year I was able to use my American credit card for a ticket priced in a different currency on co.com by filling out my address as accurate as possible, but with the wrong country. Worked like a charm.
