Proud green card holder here. On a recent trip from UKY-NRT-EWR, the NH agent in UKY could not get me a NRT-EWR boarding pass. I had to get in NRT. Not at the gate, but at the check-in counter. Even with a legal 2h connection a challenge. Running out, off to the BF check-in, waiting in line, security again, barely making it. Passport and green card on file. Global Entry and Nexus member from the time it was rolled out. Never an issue on DL. - But wait, they do not use SHARES. My bad....
