Zero for free. You might be able to pay a fee to do a name change, but official policy IIRC is an ecredit after the change fee in the girlfriend's name, so paying to change the name might be your best option. It might help if the ticket was booked while you were logged in and as part of your PNR. Can you access her reservation when you're logged in and do stuff like changing seats?
