LH ineptitude regarding codesharing conversions amongst *A

On my request for LH to send/publish their conversion tables for booking classes regarding codesharing flights, I received the following surprising answer:

Unfortunately, we cannot comply with your request as we also do not have this information. For more details on the booking class conversion agreements between various partner airlines, kindly contact the airlines direct for assistance.
Is LH's silence about booking classes legal? Shouldn't airlines publish the booking class that the passenger will receive the mileage in? Isn't this just like the old situation with taxes (nowadays all flights are displayed with taxes, contrary to the earlier days) i.e. fooling customers?
