I've been bumped on a KL flight from AMS-DEL. Then again I did earlier volunteer my seat, but they didn't need it. Y wasn't full, but being nice to the GA as well as being almost last on board got me a boarding pass in F. Definitely YMMV though, because that didn't happen before and hasn't happened since. (This was Dec 2009)
