Update to my query about SAA releasing mileage seats...I set an expert flier alert and called every few days for the last six months to be sure and today (exactly 30 days out) I was able to get two seats in business. Hope this helps anyone else trying to do the same. Feeling pretty good about getting two round trips in business for about $100 in taxes. Thanks to everyone who offered insight previously.
