What's the point keeping us onboard?
11:00 scheduled departure from LHR. Pushed back about 11:20 and still sat here now. Mechanical that will take 2 more hours to fix . No APU-aircraft boiling. Flight full and Y full of kids. Most Pax calm-but several families in y getting aggressive and kids getting sick.
If the mechanics estimate 2 more hours to fix, why on earth do they not disembark the aircraft? It's a full 777.
