That's a good tactic of annoying him. Basically, I just say case close to him once he apologised. Could I have been more assertive? In this situation, the worst thing that could happen is that I may be punched, I think.
. If this happened elsewhere, I may not have confronted the chap. Live to fight another day since I now have dependents.
