Not departing from PVG.
If CX serves Yili for flights departing from HKG, then, it's crystal clear...
This is a plan to reduce the number of elite pax traveling in Y class, by inducing long term food related mortality

I wonder what brand their baby food is? Maybe they have some China company putting mild narcotics as part of baby formula, I'm sure many FT posters will approve the arrangement

Still my point is, your pax should expect safe food, not some kind of substandard brands that CX CEO's would not eat by themselves.
