(8) Do you travel for work or pleasure? (Can you chooose your airlines, class of service?) Self-employed, so generally I go for the cheapest fare that gives me miles.

I am currently on KrisFlyer program, however I find it difficult to get award redemptions for NY-SIN on SQ flights. Plus their fuel surcharge is ridiculously high. Is there a different program I should opt for?
