I Totally agree with this thread. BUF used to be my home airport and I still go back periodically to visit. Robyn who I usually see there on Sundays has helped me through numerous problems over the years and even though I have been away from BUF since 2007 she always remembers me and my family and makes it a special point to talk to us and find out what is up with us. Total class acts there at the BUF club!
