Can't find any other sites lower than the one at Marriott for the LNF rate. The rates you are asking for though is possible. Do you have a AAA card? If not, I highly recommend getting it as the discounts itself make up for the $58 ($48 after that for renewal) fee. You can sign up now and get a temporary card to use. With the AAA discount, these are the rates you will get:
JW Marriott: $179.10 per nights for 3 nights
SHS - $153 first night, $180 each night for last two nights
RI - $161.99, $179.99 each night for last two nights
In your case, the JW will probably serve you better since the rate is the same for all 3 nights and is $10 lower than the stated $189 rate.

Keep in mind that the official Marriott website shows the price in the hotel's own currency. That's $149 Euros and $188 USD. I just took a quick look using the Marriott Currency Converter and you should be able to go for
