personally I dont play COs game and never did, if I cant get the GPU confirmed at the time of putchase and if the difference in fare is >$100 then I will simply purchase the cheapest fare basis I can and enjoy E+. I do know folks who rolled the dice lost and ended up spending > $700 and sat in the exact same coach seat , letting CO be all the way to the bank
