Technically you are correct; however, most FT posters do not appreciate the difference between NRSA and NRPS and use the term non-revving passenger when they suspect that an employee is travelling on a standby basis for personal reasons, not when crew members and corporate officers are flying on confirmed positive space basis for company business.
