A bit OT perhaps, going back even further, ie memory lane, as a student I cleaned and loaded planes at Mangere and in those days (early '70's) AKL was serviced by a VC-10. BOAC of course in those days. My first shift was spent unloading the rear hold, a rather claustrophobic space accesed by a small hatch underneath the tail. Affections for that most beautiful of passenger aircraft (obviously) remain....
