Since it's the only city-side lounge, I would imagine it will stay for a while.
This was addressed during the CDG DO and you can find information in the corresponding thread. Basically, AF has intention to move it to 2E, but not immediately (due to other priorities and current financial problems of AF). So will probably remain in 2C until 2014.
