Meal is business class type (different from PV which is economy class type with business class starter and dessert now), full bar (champagne is not available in Y on COI routes if I'm not mistaken, and I believe passengers receive a small bottle of wine on the tray with their meal), dedicated personnel. @chang11 - drink service in PV is exactly the same as economy. Champagne is served as an aperitif before the main meal, and the number of bottles they charge on board for Y and PV is low enugh that there is generally little or no leftover after that. If there is, FAs will give you refills in the galley if you go and ask until it's gone. Wine is available with meals on all AF flights except domestic.
Hate to inform that my recent flight in PV served ALL economy foods. No biz starter and think it was chocolate...dessert should still be eco anyway.
