I totally agree with you, and feel very strongly about this! Alas, just like with their cruddy clip art graphics, cheesy ads, and ugly 1990's livery, they will never have the same class as they did when it was Pre Merger United. RIP.

And YES, United has been using the craptastic non award winning CO agency since the merger. CO has always been a "bit" trashy in this regard.
