Thanks everyone. They still have the "OLD" diagram on the A/C website (surprise, surprise)so I got fooled. The flight YYC/HNL at Xmas is booked solid, of course, so I need some help. Is there anyway I can a)switch seats ahead of time to say row 35 or b)upgrade my "non-refundable" tickets to business class or c)pay to upgrade at the airport (is there a trick to that)if there is any business class available or d) get to the airport (how early) and request a seat change. I'm not Elite or anything. These are Q fares. What is between row 12 and the seats in front of it - nothing or a curtain or a large employee ???
