I imagine the Marina Bay Sands must have some epic views as well although I don't know anyone who has rated it well with the exception of a poster here on FT who was able to stay on some kind of "high value players level" which is apparently a hotel within a hotel and only bookable by invitation. As I don't gamble I doubt I will be getting an invitation anytime soon.
