No the Paypal is opened about a year ago.
A friend of mine said that whenever he bought an eticket the money were charged from his account immediately. But he never used BA. So the reason is that BA processes it slowly and it is ok, right? I've called to BA customer support waited for ~30 minutes but the operator didn't take the phone.
