I doubt it helps but just know that the company takes very seriously letters from passengers. It doesn't meant that they're going to fire the FA in question based on one letter, or even a series of letters, but they do take them seriously and act on them. It really depends on the infraction and the employees past history. Some infractions are terminable, some allow for coaching and put them on a ladder of progressive discipline. I just want you to know that the company does take these seriously.
Id say if the AS FA union grievance board is in search of an attorney or person to represent the in trouble FAs they should definately consider hiring you

and I mean it as a compliment. Any theory or thought we have regarding the FA's behavior in this instance you have great rebuttals
