I flew on CA F, on their 77W which operates one of the lax-pek flights. The hard product is amazing (on the 77W), although the food is really of a business class standard. But you save a few hundred dollars on scamcharges over OZ.

NH J depends on the aircarft type. On the 772 (lax-hnd) it's just slant flat 2-3-2, while on the 77W's on lax/sfo-nrt it's full flat.

Personally, I would try OZ F as I haven't had the chance to try it, but after that I'd probably choose CA (only on the 77W's) for the awesome hard product and lack of scamcharges.
